With various uncertainties and turbulences in the world and disruptive changes in digital technologies, digital leadership need to master relevant digital technologies to respond to market changes in a creative, adaptive, and resilient way and lead their organizations to sustainable growth. This study investigates the impact of digital leadership and job crafting on organizational resilience, grounded in job demand-resource theory. This study conducted an empirical survey with a sample of 389 employees from diverse firms in China, utilizing PLS-SEM and hypothesis testing. The findings of the study demonstrate that digital leadership enhances organizational resilience. Employee job crafting mediates the association between digital leadership and organizational resilience. Organizational culture negatively affects the interaction between digital leadership and job crafting. The findings elucidate the mechanisms that shape digital leadership' responses to contingencies, so augmenting organizational resilience and contributing to the literature on digital leadership while reconciling the divide between practice and theory.
