Dental implant surface enhancement techniques such as acid etching and sandblasting which strengthen osseointegration while improving corrosion resistance. Therefore, it is of interest to investigate the effects of these treatments on zirconia along with titanium implants as part of their comparison. Osteoblast adhesion alongside excellent corrosion resistance were found to be superior in acid-treated zirconia resulting in an Rp value of 5.2 kΩ.cm which was better than titanium. The adherence of cells improved through sandblasting titanium yet zirconia maintained its superior performance in all aspects. Thus, combination of acid etching and sandblasting on zirconia implants results in excellent materials functionality for implantology applications.
诸如酸蚀和喷砂等牙种植体表面增强技术,在增强骨结合的同时还能提高耐腐蚀性。因此,作为比较的一部分,研究这些处理对氧化锆以及钛种植体的影响很有意义。在酸处理的氧化锆中发现成骨细胞粘附以及出色的耐腐蚀性均更优,其极化电阻(Rp)值为5.2 kΩ.cm,优于钛。通过喷砂处理钛可改善细胞粘附,但氧化锆在各方面仍保持其卓越性能。因此,对氧化锆种植体进行酸蚀和喷砂处理相结合,可为种植学应用带来出色的材料功能。
