A transition metal-free photocatalytic addition/cyclization of 2-allylaminobenzonitriles with -difluoromethyl radicals has been developed, constructing phenanthridine derivatives in moderate to good yields. The strongly reducing arylamine was employed as a photocatalyst in the reaction, which tolerated tertiary amines and efficiently enabled the conversion of -difluoromethyl radical precursors into radical species. The obtained novel phenanthridine derivatives exhibited blue to green emissions at the range of 390-540 nm, showing potential application in fluorescent dye.
已开发出一种无过渡金属的光催化反应,即2-烯丙基氨基苯甲腈与二氟甲基自由基进行加成/环化反应,以中等至良好的产率构建菲啶衍生物。反应中使用强还原性芳胺作为光催化剂,该催化剂能耐受叔胺,并有效地将二氟甲基自由基前体转化为自由基物种。所得到的新型菲啶衍生物在390-540nm范围内呈现蓝色至绿色发射,在荧光染料方面显示出潜在应用。
