Abstract

Based on morphological and molecular phylogenetic analyses, two new species, and , belonging to the Latisporum group, were described from Yunnan province of southwest China. Morphologically, is distinguished from other Latisporum species by whitish and glabrous ascomata and a two-layered peridium, measuring 150-200 µm in total thickness, with an outer layer ranging from 40-60 µm. is diagnosed by its thinner peridium (120-200 µm) and larger ascospores (49-66.5 × 34.5-60 μm in one-spored asci). According to the outcome of the ITS rDNA sequence analysis, the species of and each form a distinct and well-supported group within the Latisporum group, respectively.

基于形态学和分子系统发育分析,在中国西南部云南省发现并描述了隶属于宽孢盘菌属(Latisporum)的两个新物种,即[物种名1]和[物种名2]。在形态学上,[物种名1]与宽孢盘菌属其他物种的区别在于其子囊盘为白色且无毛,包被分两层,总厚度为150 - 200 µm,外层厚度为40 - 60 µm。[物种名2]的特征为其包被较薄(120 - 200 µm),子囊孢子较大(在单孢子子囊中为49 - 66.5 × 34.5 - 60 µm)。根据ITS rDNA序列分析结果,[物种名1]和[物种名2]分别在宽孢盘菌属内形成一个独特且得到充分支持的类群。
