Abstract
Chronic appendicitis leading to mucocele of appendix, though rare and often mimicking malignancy, can present with benign histopathology. Multidisciplinary correlation of clinical, imaging, intraoperative, and histopathological findings is critical to avoid misdiagnosis and guide conservative management in atypical presentations.

慢性阑尾炎导致阑尾黏液囊肿，虽然罕见且常类似恶性肿瘤，但可呈现良性组织病理学表现。临床、影像学、术中及组织病理学检查结果的多学科关联对于避免误诊及指导非典型表现的保守治疗至关重要。
