Abstract

Early sonographic diagnosis of cornual pregnancy is vital, yet medical therapy with single-dose methotrexate carries a considerable failure rate. Prompt transition to laparoscopic resection when beta-HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin hormone) plateaus or clinical status deteriorates averts catastrophic rupture while preserving fertility.

摘要

宫角妊娠的早期超声诊断至关重要，但单剂量甲氨蝶呤药物治疗的失败率相当高。当β-HCG（人绒毛膜促性腺激素）水平稳定或临床状况恶化时，迅速转为腹腔镜切除术可避免灾难性破裂，同时保留生育能力。
