sp. DUT-2 with Mn(II) oxidation properties was isolated from nearshore surface sediments of Liaodong Bay, China. Genome sequencing was utilized to decipher its genomic function for Mn(II) oxidation and carbon/nitrogen metabolism; the assembly yielded a genome size of 4,378,879 bp with a G + C content of 41.52%.
从中国辽东湾近岸表层沉积物中分离出具有Mn(II)氧化特性的菌株DUT-2。利用基因组测序来解析其Mn(II)氧化和碳/氮代谢的基因组功能;组装后得到一个基因组大小为4378879 bp、G + C含量为41.52%的基因组。
