Chemoimmunotherapeutical studies on Dalton's lymphoma with cis-platin.

Effect of cis-platin (cis-dichlorodiamine platinum II) on Dalton's lymphoma in syngeneic DBA and allogeneic Swiss white mice was studied. Normal healthy mice were immunized with cis-platin incubated cells and challenged to check the immunity developed. In vitro assay of cell mediated immunity was investigated by the capillary cell migration inhibition of reticuloendothelial cells from both DBA and Swiss white (treated as well as normal) mice against the specific tumor antigen. Cis-platin treatment results in specific enhancement of host cellular immune system.
