The effect of doxorubicin on myocardial nutritional circulation in rabbits was determined by means of the isotopic [133Xe] method. The drug was injected iv in doses of 1, 3, and 6 mg/kg and the influence of doxorubicin on myocardial circulation was examined 1, 15, 30, 45, and 60 min after its administration. The results indicate that a single injection of doxorubicin produces an increase in myocardial nutritional circulation.
采用同位素[133Xe]法测定了阿霉素对家兔心肌营养性循环的影响。将该药物以1、3和6mg/kg的剂量静脉注射，并在给药后1、15、30、45和60分钟检查阿霉素对心肌循环的影响。结果表明，单次注射阿霉素可使心肌营养性循环增加。
