Traditional medicine is vital in Somalia alongside modern healthcare facing access challenges. This review examines their integration.
METHODS
Narrative literature review.
FINDINGS
Integration improves trust but requires addressing cultural and regulatory barriers.
CONCLUSION
A regulated, collaborative framework is recommended for culturally sensitive healthcare.
