Abstract

Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign hemorrhagic, cystic, locally aggressive lesion of the bone, affecting the pediatric and adolescent populations, and it has a female preponderance. It is the most common benign tumor of the fibula. Surgical intervention includes techniques such as en bloc resection and intralesional curettage. Some authors now prefer using less invasive options as the primary treatment. The purpose of this technical note is to describe the details of endoscopic curettage of aneurysmal bone cyst of the distal fibula.

摘要

动脉瘤样骨囊肿是一种良性的、出血性的、囊性的、具有局部侵袭性的骨病变,好发于儿童和青少年人群,女性更为多见。它是腓骨最常见的良性肿瘤。手术干预包括整块切除和病灶内刮除等技术。现在一些作者更倾向于使用侵入性较小的方法作为主要治疗手段。本技术说明的目的是描述远端腓骨动脉瘤样骨囊肿的内镜下刮除术的详细情况。
