[Tonographic follow-up after laser trabeculoplasty].

On 62 eyes with open-angle glaucoma the authors performed tonography one month before and after laser trabeculoplasty. While, generally speaking, there was no significant influence on outflow facility, the eyes with preoperative pathologic outflow facility reacted better after the laser trabeculoplasty, at least tomographically, than the eyes with initially normal tonography results. The possible significance of these results with regard to indication for laser trabeculoplasty is discussed.
