In patients with hypertension disorders of the microcirculatory bed and oxygen supply of tissues progress with relation to disease stage. Clofelin therapy by courses resulted in a recovery of the functional properties of microvessels in patients with Stage I disease and their improvement in patients with Stage IIA-III disease. The use of trental in patients with Stage IIA and Stage IIB disease decreased pathological changes in microvessels, limited erythrocyte aggregation in them and enhanced potentialities of the microcirculatory bed in oxygen supply of tissues.
在患有高血压疾病的患者中，微循环床和组织氧供应的紊乱随疾病阶段而进展。克洛非林按疗程治疗可使I期疾病患者的微血管功能特性恢复正常，并使IIA - III期疾病患者的微血管功能特性得到改善。在IIA期和IIB期疾病患者中使用曲克芦丁可减少微血管的病理变化，限制其中的红细胞聚集，并增强微循环床在组织氧供应方面的潜力。
