Abstract
A karyological examination of a clinically healthy marital couple with aggravated anamnesis (a child with multiple congenital anomalies died on the second day after birth) revealed balanced translocation 46xy t(4, 15) (4pter----4q27 : : 15q25----15qter; 15pter----15q25 : : 4q27----4qter) in the husband.
