[Disorders in autoregulation of cognitive activity in schizophrenic patients].

The article deals with peculiarities of the self-regulation (conscious reflex regulation) of cognitive activity in patients with schizophrenia. The elucidated disorders of understanding of the readjustment and building-up of thought actions are primarily explained by personality-related factors. It was ascertained experimentally that schizophrenics developed a special personality orientation on "self-limitation", which was associated with a number of disturbances of thought self-regulation.
