Abstract

• CS with RV involvement mimics AC. • Multimodal assessments are essential to accurately diagnose CS with RV involvement. • Progressive RV dysfunction on serial TTE may be a key finding in CS with RV involvement. • STIR sequence on CMR may be useful for diagnosis and therapy monitoring in CS.

摘要

• 伴有右心室受累的心脏淀粉样变性模仿急性冠状动脉综合征。

• 多模态评估对于准确诊断伴有右心室受累的心脏淀粉样变性至关重要。
