Abstract
Diabetic osteoarthropathy is a common constellation of typical radiographic changes seen in the foot of about 0.15% of all diabetics. These changes are vascular calcification, bone resorption and osteoporosis, periosteal new bone formation, neuropathic joint disease, and infection.
