Serous zinc levels and electrogustometry were studied on thirty patients undergoing periodic hemodialysis. After dialysis a better electrogustometric threshold (p less than 0,05) and also higher serous zinc levels were found. The two parameters showed no significant correlation. These results are suggestive of a toxical damage of taste receptors in the chronic renal failure.
对30例接受定期血液透析的患者进行了血清锌水平和电味觉测定研究。透析后发现电味觉阈值改善（p<0.05），血清锌水平也升高。这两个参数之间无显著相关性。这些结果提示慢性肾衰竭中存在味觉感受器的毒性损伤。
