Two rare cases of calcified myxomas of the right heart (multiple myxomas of the right atrium and tricuspid valve and myxoma of the right ventricle originating from the subvalvular structures) are described. Both patients were operated, tumour and the tricuspid valve were removed and valve prosthesis was made. At necropsy changes characteristic of pulmonary hypertension resulting from the recurring thromboembolism by a tumourous tissue were found in one case.
本文描述了两例罕见的右心钙化黏液瘤病例（右心房和三尖瓣多发黏液瘤以及起源于瓣膜下结构的右心室黏液瘤）。两名患者均接受了手术，切除了肿瘤和三尖瓣，并进行了瓣膜置换。尸检发现，其中一例存在因肿瘤组织反复血栓栓塞导致的肺动脉高压特征性改变。
