The presence of a duplicated urinary bladder and prostate has not been described. We report the case of a complete duplication of the urinary bladder and prostate, associated with one urethral meatus and a bifid urethra. A 68-year-old male presented with chronic lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder stone removal and epispadias repair. Bladder duplication was incidentally found during imaging. Cystoscopy confirmed one meatus with two bladders and urethras, each with its own prostate. Transurethral resection of both prostates (TURP) was performed. This is the first reported case of complete duplication of both bladder and prostate.
膀胱和前列腺重复的情况此前尚未见报道。我们报告一例膀胱和前列腺完全重复的病例，伴有一个尿道外口和一个双叉尿道。一名68岁男性因慢性下尿路症状（LUTS）、复发性尿路感染、膀胱结石取出及尿道上裂修复前来就诊。在影像学检查中偶然发现膀胱重复。膀胱镜检查证实有一个尿道外口，两个膀胱和尿道，每个都有自己的前列腺。对两个前列腺均进行了经尿道前列腺切除术（TURP）。这是首例报道的膀胱和前列腺均完全重复的病例。
