Abstract
Experiments demonstrated a significant association between the presence of tumours in mice and AFP positivity, while AFP negativity was usually associated with the absence of tumours. The presence of AFP in the serum of tumour-bearing mice was possibly related to treatment with F. sporotrichioides extract.

实验表明，小鼠体内肿瘤的存在与甲胎蛋白阳性之间存在显著关联，而甲胎蛋白阴性通常与无肿瘤相关。荷瘤小鼠血清中甲胎蛋白的存在可能与用申克孢子丝菌提取物治疗有关。
