Adrenal neuroblastomas are usually diagnosed by intravenous urography because of the displacement of the kidney or distortion of its contour. This report describes five children with left adrenal neuroblastoma where the mass was purely anterior to the kidney and produced displacement vectors similar to tumors in the body or tail of the pancreas.
