Vitamin E and percutaneous irradiation are the most common treatment regimens of Peyronie's disease. This report presents the results of 49 patients irradiated with 137Cs gamma rays. 28 of them had also received Vitamin E. An objective improvement was achieved in 37 patients (75%). Vitamin E did not show any additional benefit. In spite of the fact that these results do not permit an objective evaluation of both treatment regimens, the following advantages of radiotherapy should be considered: a) short treatment time b) low costs c) no serious side effects.
维生素E和经皮照射是佩罗尼氏病最常见的治疗方案。本报告介绍了49例接受137Cs伽马射线照射患者的治疗结果。其中28例还接受了维生素E治疗。37例患者（75%）病情得到客观改善。维生素E未显示出任何额外益处。尽管这些结果无法对两种治疗方案进行客观评估，但放射治疗具有以下优点：a）治疗时间短；b）成本低；c）无严重副作用。
