A continuous recording of changes in the Ca2+ concentration and pH in the suspension of the sarcoplasmic reticulum fragments is shown to be possible by means of the assembled installation and using the film C2+-selective electrode. When pH of the incubation medium changes from 6.5 to 7.8 there occurs a rapid release of the preliminarily accumulated Ca2+ from it. This effect is recorded in experiments with application of the Ca2+-selective electrode and a radioactive label.
