Abstract
It is reported on results and experiences with immunofluorescent technique in dermatological diagnostic, using FITC-conjugated anti-human IgG "Berlin-Weissensee". While immunofluorescene on our conditions is an important diagnostic help in systemic and discoid lupus erythematosus as well as bullous pemphigoid, there are many nonspecific results in patients suffering from pemphigus vulgaris.

本文报道了使用异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）偶联的抗人IgG“柏林-魏森塞”在皮肤病诊断中应用免疫荧光技术的结果和经验。虽然在我们的条件下，免疫荧光对系统性红斑狼疮、盘状红斑狼疮以及大疱性类天疱疮是重要的诊断辅助手段，但寻常型天疱疮患者会出现许多非特异性结果。
