Abstract
On the basis of electronmicroscopic study of 50 cases of plasmocytic myeloma, in part of the cases the maturational nucleoplasmic asynchrony of myelomatous plasmocytes was observed ultrastructurally. The authors discuss its importance for bioptic diagnosos.
