Abstract

A simultaneous GLC determination for methyl salicylate and menthol in a topical analgesic formulation is reported. n-Nonadecane is used as the internal standard. The method is rapid, accurate, precise, and selective in the presence of salicylic acid and ethyl salicylate.

本文报道了一种同时测定局部镇痛制剂中水杨酸甲酯和薄荷醇的气相色谱法。正十九烷用作内标物。该方法在水杨酸和水杨酸乙酯存在的情况下快速、准确、精密且具有选择性。
