Abstract
A case of duodenojejunal arteriovenous malformation with repeated melaena without apparent cause on endoscopy and barium studies is presented. The importance of arteriography in the diagnosis and management is emphasized.

本文报道一例十二指肠空肠动静脉畸形患者，内镜检查和钡剂造影均未发现明显病因，但反复出现黑便。强调了动脉造影在诊断和治疗中的重要性。
