17 observations of the perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer in pulmonary tuberculosis cases are analysed. Most of the patients were males, aged over 50, with protracted chronic forms of tuberculosis. In all cases the suturing of perforation was carried out. 9 patients died. The conclusion has been drawn that a massive antibacterial therapy, which should be carried out in specialized medical institutions, is imperiable.
分析了17例肺结核患者胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的观察情况。大多数患者为男性，年龄超过50岁，患有迁延性慢性肺结核。所有病例均进行了穿孔缝合。9例患者死亡。得出的结论是，必须在专业医疗机构进行大规模抗菌治疗。
