An analysis of the surgical tactics in 15 patients with severe combined neck traumas was carried out. All the patients recovered. There were 3 injuries to the trachea, 2 injuries to the larynx, 3 injuries to the pharynx and 2 injuries to the thyroid gland. 10 patients sustained traumas to the large vessels. Surgical tactics and results of the treatment are described.
