After administration of SUISYNCHRON (metallibure zinc complex) in the food of cocks at 10(-3) mol/kg of food for two weeks, the volume of nuclei of thyroid epithelial cells was less than that of untreated controls. The bismuth complex of 1,6-bis(1'-methallyl)-bisthiourea did not have this effect.
