The so-called adenomyomas of the stomach in the antric region can often be seen. However, cystic alterations including duplications are a rarity. The author reports on a case of a duplication of the stomach in connection with a so-called adenomyoma of the pyloric channel. On the basis of a case report he describes morphogenesis, clinical aspects, complications and therapy with due consideration of the literature.
胃窦区域所谓的胃腺肌瘤较为常见。然而，包括胃重复畸形在内的囊性改变却很罕见。作者报告了一例与幽门管所谓的腺肌瘤相关的胃重复畸形病例。基于该病例报告，他结合文献描述了其形态发生、临床情况、并发症及治疗方法。
