Abstract
Liquid-liquid extraction and preparative thin-layer chromatography were used to isolate 30 micromoles of benzhydrol from the beta-glucuronidase treated 24 hour urine of rats administered 5.3 mmoles of diphenylmethane. The benzhydrol was identified by its melting point, elemental analysis, infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance, and mass spectra.

采用液-液萃取和制备型薄层色谱法，从给予5.3毫摩尔二苯甲烷的大鼠经β-葡萄糖醛酸酶处理24小时的尿液中分离出30微摩尔二苯甲醇。通过熔点、元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱对二苯甲醇进行鉴定。
