Abstract
The leukocyte migration inhibition test was performed on 56 patients hysterectomized on account of myoma. -- Despite low antigenicity of autologous myoma tissue significant differences in inhibitions of migration were observed depending on the extent of surgical radicality in the adnexal region. -- Non-inhibition of leukocyte migration in patients whose myomatous uterus alone was exstirpated is explained by the oestrogens produced in the remaining ovaries.

对56例因肌瘤接受子宫切除术的患者进行了白细胞迁移抑制试验。——尽管自体肌瘤组织的抗原性较低，但根据附件区域手术根治程度的不同，观察到迁移抑制存在显著差异。——仅切除肌瘤子宫的患者白细胞迁移未受抑制，这是由剩余卵巢产生的雌激素所致。
