Abstract
Two cases of meningococcaemia with bad prognostic signs are presented. In one child a state of disseminated intravascular coagulation and defibrinogenation was established. Heparin therapy was used early and successfully in both cases, supporting the value of early anticoagulation in the management of severe meningococcal septicaemia.

本文报告了两例伴有不良预后体征的脑膜炎球菌血症病例。其中一名儿童出现了弥散性血管内凝血和纤维蛋白原溶解状态。两例均早期使用肝素治疗并取得成功，这支持了早期抗凝在严重脑膜炎球菌败血症治疗中的价值。
