[The effect of streptomycin on neuromuscular conductivity in cats treated with several phosphoorganic cholinesterase inhibitors].

During experimentation on the anterior tibial muscle in cats under narcosis, it has been established that streptomycin might eliminate the neuromuscular block, brought about by zarin and zoman - two irreversible cholinesterase inhibitors. The data recovered point to the probable presynaptic action exerted by zarin and zoman. It has been furthermore demonstrated that streptomycin modifies the neuromuscular synapse response to zarin and zoman.
