Abstract
52 patients with diabetic retinopathy stade III or IV (after Thiel) received on both eyes a photocoagulation treatment. 26 patients received subsequently Calciumdobesilate for 5 to 68 months. It could be shown, that the effect of photocoagulation treatment on alterations of the retina in diabetic patients was clearly enhanced by Calciumdobesilate.

52例患有III或IV期糖尿病视网膜病变（根据蒂尔分期）的患者双眼接受了光凝治疗。随后，26例患者接受了5至68个月的羟苯磺酸钙治疗。结果表明，羟苯磺酸钙明显增强了光凝治疗对糖尿病患者视网膜病变的疗效。
