Abstract
A report is given on the histological picture of two cases of bronchial mucoepidermoid tumors. The tumor is composed of two kinds of cells: formations with cylindric epithelial cells and solid parts with epidermoid cells. By the hand of two own cases and informations from literature opinion is expressed on frequency, sex and age distribution, duraction of symptoms and behaviour of this rare tumor.

本文报告了两例支气管黏液表皮样肿瘤的组织学图像。肿瘤由两种细胞组成：柱状上皮细胞构成的结构和表皮样细胞构成的实性部分。通过作者自身的两例病例以及文献资料，对这种罕见肿瘤的发病率、性别和年龄分布、症状持续时间及生物学行为发表了看法。
