Intense pancreatic enhancement on computed tomography seems to be possible by the intravenous bolus injection technique. Despite a rather limited experience, promising clinical results have been obtained in the study of pancreatic disease, mainly concerning some aspects of acute and chronic inflammation and tumoral pathology.
