Abstract

The accumulation of biomass and lipids and their fatty acid composition were investigated during cultivation of the yeast Candida tropicalis and Lipomyces lipoferus on peat oxidates supplemented with inorganic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. The absence of additional sources of the above elements from the nutrient substrate inhibited the culture growth. In order to optimize cultivation of lipid synthesizing yeast on peat oxidates, the above compounds should be added in certain concentrations.

在热带假丝酵母和产油油脂酵母在添加了含氮、磷、钾和镁的无机化合物的泥炭氧化产物上培养期间,研究了生物量和脂质的积累及其脂肪酸组成。营养底物中缺少上述元素的额外来源会抑制培养物的生长。为了优化脂质合成酵母在泥炭氧化产物上的培养,应添加一定浓度的上述化合物。
