Abstract
Dystrophic and degenerative disturbances in tubular epithelium are established by electron microscopy. Ultrastructural changes suggested that transport mechanisms in the proximal tubule are enhanced by cytoplasm vesiculation and dilation of intercellular spaces. Transepithelial pinocytosis is the basic process in distal tubules.

通过电子显微镜确定肾小管上皮中的营养不良性和退行性紊乱。超微结构变化表明，近端小管中的转运机制通过细胞质囊泡化和细胞间隙扩张得到增强。跨上皮胞饮作用是远端小管的基本过程。
