Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic illness defined and classified according to strict criteria of the American Rheumatism Association. Cutaneous disease may complicate RA or the drugs used in its treatment. Cutaneous vasculitis is potentially a prognostic factor in patients with RA. Controversy exists regarding the role of corticosteroids in the development of rheumatoid vasculitis. Two illustrative cases of RA with cutaneous complications are presented and the joint and cutaneous manifestations are reviewed herein.
类风湿性关节炎（RA）是一种根据美国风湿病协会的严格标准定义和分类的全身性疾病。皮肤疾病可能会使RA或其治疗中使用的药物复杂化。皮肤血管炎可能是RA患者的一个预后因素。关于皮质类固醇在类风湿性血管炎发展中的作用存在争议。本文介绍了两例伴有皮肤并发症的RA病例，并对关节和皮肤表现进行了综述。
