[Correspondence alterations due to tenomyotomy (author's transl)].

This report covers 310 patients with concomitant convergent strabismus and anomalous retinal correspondence. In 36 cases tenomyotomy alone was responsible for normalization of correspondence. This is best achieved in cases of bilateral converging strabismus without vertical divergence.
