The effect of myotropic spasmolytic drugs--papaverine and trental was studied in 54 patients with acute arterial obstruction. After intravenous injections of papaverine 55.8% of the patients developed impairment of peripheral macrohemodynamics and 52.9%--of microcirculation. The injection of trental was followed by an improvement of peripheral macro-and microcirculation in 75% of cases.
对54例急性动脉阻塞患者研究了亲肌解痉药物罂粟碱和曲克芦丁的效果。静脉注射罂粟碱后，55.8%的患者出现外周大循环动力学障碍，52.9%的患者出现微循环障碍。注射曲克芦丁后，75%的病例外周大循环和微循环得到改善。
