The effectiveness of an immunological treatment of sarcoidosis by repeated subcutaneous injections of a mixture of old tuberculin and blood from a highly tuberculin sensitive donor with appropriate bloodgroup, and additional BCG is demonstrated in a group of 8 patients with sarcoid skin lesions. The average time of therapy was 2 1/2 years until healing was obtained.
