[Various forms of drug-induced pulmonary eosinophilia].

On the basis of 3 casuistics the in most cases medicamentous allergic etiology of chronic eosinophilic lung infiltrates, their diagnosis and differential diagnosis is discussed. Practical conclusions to the possibly early recognition of eosinophilic infiltrates, the prevention of therapeutic errors and the severe courses of disease resulting from this are reported.
