Abstract
Two cases of thyrotoxicosis with hypercalcaemia are reported. The hypercalcaemia in one of the patients was a manifestation of hyperthyroidism and in the other was due to co-existent hyperparathyroidism. The literature is reviewed and the effect of thyroid hormone on calcium metabolism is discussed. Routine plasma calcium estimations should be performed in all cases of thyrotoxicosis.

报告了两例伴有高钙血症的甲状腺毒症病例。其中一名患者的高钙血症是甲状腺功能亢进的表现，另一名患者则是由于并存甲状旁腺功能亢进所致。本文回顾了相关文献并讨论了甲状腺激素对钙代谢的影响。所有甲状腺毒症病例均应进行常规血浆钙测定。
