Alcohol-induced hypoglycemia was found in 4 cases. In 3 patients blood glucose was estimated during the attack and was reduced to 17--23 mg/100 ml. The values of immunoreactive insulin were within the normal range. In 1 case the diagnosis could be endorsed by alcoholic provocation. Diagnosis and pathogenesis of the syndrome were discussed.
发现4例酒精性低血糖症。3例患者在发作期间测定血糖,血糖降至17 - 23毫克/100毫升。免疫反应性胰岛素值在正常范围内。1例通过酒精激发试验确诊。对该综合征的诊断和发病机制进行了讨论。
