Abstract
A case of postmenopausal endometriosis is presented. Symptoms started 14 years after total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oöphorectomy for endometriosis following oestrogen administration. The disease had a protracted course and eventually responded well to radiotherapy. Certain aspects of postmenopausal endometriosis are discussed.

本文报告一例绝经后子宫内膜异位症病例。症状在因子宫内膜异位症行全腹子宫切除术和双侧输卵管卵巢切除术后14年出现，当时正在接受雌激素治疗。该疾病病程迁延，最终对放疗反应良好。文中讨论了绝经后子宫内膜异位症的某些方面。
