Distal colon motility was investigated in 14 normal subjects, before and after a cholecystokinetic test meal. Increases (4 cases) decreases (5 cases), and no changes (5 cases) of distal colon motility, were registered. Our results strongly suggest that the autonomic nervous system status interferes with the physiological action of CCK.
在14名正常受试者中，于胆囊收缩试验餐前后对其结肠远端运动进行了研究。记录到结肠远端运动增加（4例）、减少（5例）以及无变化（5例）。我们的结果强烈提示自主神经系统状态会干扰胆囊收缩素的生理作用。
